Corali Jewellery Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Corali, we want you to be completely happy with your jewellery. Please read the following before lodging a return.

Our Commitment

  • Corali Jewellery complies with Australian Consumer Law. Our products are sold with Consumer Guarantees that ensure they are free from faults.

  • Each piece is fine and delicate and should be handled with care. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

  • We use predominantly natural gemstones and crystals, which vary in colour, size, and form. These variations are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Jewellery must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We recommend checking all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If breakage or a fault occurs, please contact us at karin@corali.com.au within 7 days.

  • The item will be assessed, and if considered faulty, we will repair, replace, exchange, or refund.

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault and will not be accepted as a return.

Change of Mind

  • Full-priced jewellery can be returned for a credit voucher or exchange only. Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

  • Sale items and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Lodge a Return

  1. Email us at karin@corali.com.au with the following details:

    • Your name

    • Contact phone number

    • Email address

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. We will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

  3. If approved, please ensure your jewellery is:

    • Carefully packaged

    • Returned via registered post to the address below

    • If requesting an exchange, include a prepaid registered post satchel for the new piece

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear, depending on your bank.

  • Credit vouchers will be issued via email once your return is processed.
